Zoe was instrumental in helping with my parents' green card situation. We're originally from India, and I was sponsoring my parents' permanent residency petition. Zoe was methodical and walked us through the entire process in detail. She stayed on top of all logistical needs and sent us alerts / reminders in a timely fashion so we would never fall behind in the process.
