Next Steps in Immigration Processing.

All Permanent Resident applications are two-step processes. It begins with the filing of some of the petitions outlined above, then the second step is either the Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing, if you are outside of the U.S. Benefits of Work Permit and Travel Permit does not come before the filing of these steps.
